THE POLISH
After you’ve got your story ironed out, it’s time to sand the edges and polish to a shine.
With this edit, I’ll read for consistency, clarity, word choice, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. I’ll make sure you’re grounding your reader in time and place, that pronouns are clear, and that your sentences flow for ease of readability, no matter your writing style—whether that’s short and succinct or atmospheric and full of imagery.
You’ll receive track changes, inline comments explaining why those changes were made, and a style sheet.

THE QUICK COPY
Almost ready to hit publish? Need some fresh eyes to make sure your punctuation and spelling is solid?
I prefer to do line and copy edits together because I feel they always bleed into each other, but if you feel confident in your prose and/or do not want any changes made to the rhythm and flow of your words, then this is the edit for you.
You’ll receive track changes in either Word or Google docs.
