Meals subject to change based on sensitivity of guests, number of guests, and time of year.
Breakfast Bar
An assortment of fruit, cereal, toast, and protein to fuel your day: bananas and strawberries; oatmeal and honey bunches of oats; peanut butter, jelly, cinnamon sugar, cinnamon swirl, and avocado mash for toast; peach Ciobani and lemon Noosa; Jimmy Deans croissant, sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches or a breakfast bake/fritatta to be microwaved/reheated at your convenience if you’d like to work late and sleep in.
Lunch
Warm pesto chicken sliders, hot Italian club sliders, tomato basil mozzarella toasts, Waldorf salad with croissants, pork hash, a hearty soup, or cold sandwiches with all the fixings. Paired with a chicken Caesar pasta salad, ranch corn avocado salad, Greek pasta salad, strawberry spinach salad, fried rice, or a tray of veggies and dip.
Dinner
Chicken pot pie with applesauce, tacos with guacamole and refried beans, turkey tacos with a summer salad, spaghetti and meatballs or lasagna with an Italian salad, sheet pan shrimp boil with crusty bread, sheet pan sausage and veggies with crusty bread, pulled pork sandwiches with roasted broccoli and watermelon, baked and mashed potato bar.
Beverages
Coffee will be brewed each morning and a Keurig is available throughout the day. An electric tea kettle is available for use, but please pack your preferred tea. Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Vanilla Creamer will be provided, as well as milk and sugar. If you’d like something else to sweeten your tea or coffee, please pack that as well.
Please also bring with you any other beverages, wine, beer, or alcohol that you’d like to enjoy throughout the weekend.
Snacks and Sweets
S’mores ingredients will be available for the fire on Saturday night (Hershey’s and Reese’s). If you like to snack on anything while you work, or prefer a little sweet after your meals, please bring those items with.
